Tools and Modules
You can add capabilities to your agent for it to operate with external services or increase its skills.
Built-in tools
These tools are built-in and can be used by any agent.
Knowledge
We provide a knowledge tool for your agent to query information in order to give most accurate answers.
To enable the Knowledge tool, go to the Knowledge tab of the dashboard and click "Add a knowledge base" button.

Library
You can search for community-created or additional tools we provide in the Tools Library. These tools are usually hosted externally and require authentication with these services.
Select a tool in the Library and follow instructions to get started.
Custom tools
You can develop your own tools. Refer to the developer tools section for more information and a tutorial.
